I have always enjoyed watching shows like "Cake Boss" and seeing the amazing things you can do with frosting, sugar, and more. In December of 2011 I found a love for baking and cake decorating! It has been a way to make edible artistic goodies. I took four Wilton cake decorating classes from December 2011 - February 2012. It was a great way for me to have some "me" time while Travis and RC had "guy time." Now I bake whenever I have a good excuse for it. I don't get enough excuses though. I am hoping that one day I can have an at-home bakery. For now I am settling for the occasional cake or cupcakes needed by friends!
